Healthy Spice
Several diets remain created on an ideology very similar to ours. Everyone has different needs and conditions, so a diet for everyone would not work but could be harmful to health. Allergies, intolerances and religious or moral patterns are part of these conditions. So choose the most natural foods that best suits you to enjoy the food and enjoy good health.
Here are six types of diets that share our dietary principles. You can find helpful information to prepare your menus and know different versions of healthy diets that exist from them.

The essential Paleolithic diet:
The Paleolithic diet we all know is the one that excludes all types of cereals, legumes, dairy, soybeans and processed foods. It also excludes refined oils and sugar; it can even limit up to certain kinds of fruit. This version of the Paleolithic diet became known when Dr Loren Cordain published it in his book ‘The Paleo Diet’. This lifestyle became so popular in the United States, Australia, and some European countries.
Autoimmune Protocol:
The autoimmune protocol is a natural option that eliminates foods associated with inflammatory responses in the body and individuals suffering from autoimmune diseases such as fibromyalgia, eczema, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s disease and irritable colon syndrome. The autoimmune protocol avoids foods such as Solanaceae vegetables – those that grow at night such as tomato, eggplant or potatoes – because they are especially difficult for people with these diseases or those suffering from indigestion, swelling or gas.
The primal diet:
The primal diet is very like to the Paleolithic diet. However, it allows organic and raw dairy, fermented soybeans and some legumes. This diet tries to promote the daily physical activity exercised by primates. Its non-food features include moving fast, lifting heavy things, running, playing, going outside, getting sunlight and avoiding living with stress and destructive habits.
The ketogenic diet:
Stricter than any diet low in carbohydrates, the ketogenic approach of this regimen remains based on a diet based on fats, proteins and vegetables. In this way, the body stands induced to enter a state of ketosis and use fat as the primary source of energy. A way to eat highly recommended for those individuals who have diabetes, who want to lose weight or build muscle mass.
Vegetarian diet and vegan diet
Healthy Spice – People who follow the vegetarian diet do not eat meat or fish but take dairy products and eggs. There are several types of vegetarianism that each person chooses based on their food and moral preferences. For example, some fish (pescavegetarians) or exclude dairy from the diet (Ovo vegetarians). Unlike the vegetarian diet, the vegan diet does not include consuming any products that come from animals. Both diets include many grains, superfoods, fruits and vegetables from which they get all the nutrients they need.
All foods that include these diets must be organic and natural. Industrial ultra processing is not compatible with these diets or our philosophy. If you have any questions, write down a comment, and we will answer you delightedly
